As von Kowen puts it, she makes “art for the darkly inclined.” Her Threadless collection is a graveyard of skeletons, black cats, and cult symbols, giving off major goth vibes. But that doesn’t mean she’s deathly serious. You’ll also find lots of dark and playful humor.
Drawing skulls makes Croatian graphic designer von Kowen happy. Her illustrations of skeletons, moths, and the Grim Reaper are shrouded with deep meaning, but she’s also not afraid to showcase her good sense of humor with funny designs. Her collection of gothic t-shirts, wall art, and home goods will make your wardrobe and living space look like it’s Halloween all year round.
