About this Design

The image features a retro-styled portrait of a smiling person with a long ponytail, inside a circle. Behind the person is a white muscle car with the number 23, set against a backdrop of horizontal stripes in shades of orange, yellow, and red. The word 'BIDEN' is at the top in a bold font with a gradient of blue tones, and the phrase 'Badass Veep' appears in a graffiti-like script.
