The battle between Quetzalcoatl and Kukulkan is one of the most epic clashes in Mesoamerican mythology. These two powerful deities fought for control of the skies, with Quetzalcoatl representing the sun and Kukulkan the moon. The battle was fierce, and eventually Quetzalcoatl emerged victorious. However, Kukulkan vowed to return and take his revenge. The story of this battle is a reminder of the power of Quetzalcoatl, and how he stands guard over us even to this day.
