The best (and most terrifying) hauntings are the ghosts and demons carried within ourselves. The struggle is to keep them in or rid ourselves of them altogether. One inspiration for the art is old EC Comics panels that haunt me, in a good way, to this day. Another is the strange use of graphic elements to represent the supernatural that Steve Ditko brought into the first Dr. Strange comics for Marvel. The last is the art for heavy metal bands and skateboarding that I have adored my whole life
