About this Design

The image features a retro cartoon-style character with a big smile, presenting a bottle labeled 'mean pills.' Beneath him, in elegant red script, the phrase 'Everything is OK' is written, although the 'is OK' part has a distressed, upside-down look. Dark, cloud-like figures with faces and mischievous tongues surround the text, contributing to an ironic and unsettling feel. The overall design feels nostalgic yet darkly humorous, reminiscent of 1930s animation.
