Astral Body Notebook

“Nobody will come to save you. This sounds perversely obvious. Living on a planet that potentially exists under a constant threat of meteor showers, I’m neither sad nor particularly happy. It’s simply a quiet acceptance of whatever life brings - a form of mental resilience. The only thing that matters is your actions on the things you can control. All that matters is care and kindness both towards yourself and the environment you are a part of. We all are :) Nobody is coming to save you. It sounds perversely obvious - especially when you live on a planet drifting through space, under the constant potential threat of meteor storms. Not sad. Not joyful. Just a calibrated emotional stillness - dispassionate acceptance, fine-tuned by necessity. A kind of mental shielding. Out here, what truly matters is what you choose to do with the systems still under your control. Compassion. Maintenance. Kindness - toward yourself, and toward the fragile biosphere you still belong to. We’re all in orbit. Together. And still - alone. The illustration - taken with a grain of salt - offers an interpretation of the astral body (or any singularity, really :) Left to its own devices and with no better alternative, it becomes a reflection of our inner attitude - without diving into esoteric traditions. Treat it as a tool for deeper self-understanding. Whether you're someone who sees the glass as half full, half empty, or can’t even find the glass - this image (to put it bluntly and in its own peculiar way :) should always leave you floating in positive liquid.”
