About this Design

The image features a simplistic, cartoon-style blue character with a round head and small body, raising one arm. The character has a neutral expression with small eyes and cheek spots. Surrounding the character, in a whimsical handwritten font, are the words 'YES, I HAVE A PROBLEM', with 'PROBLEM' prominently emphasized. The design conveys a casual, quirky vibe, using minimalistic line work and a limited color palette typical of modern, playful illustrations.
