Somewhere in between preppy and gothic lies Dark Academia, an internet subculture and aesthetic that romanticizes the way in which private universities of the 19th century emphasized classical art and literature. For this Design Challenge collection, artists conjured up a spooky library of designs filled with spell books, occult symbols, and references to secret societies.

Proceeds from the sale of these designs donate to Apex for Youth, an organization of volunteers who lead educational and mentoring programs for underserved Asian and immigrant youth from low-income families in New York City.
