  • I don't feel that the bars match the aesthetic of the jellyfish. I do, however, like the multiple-canvas effect you've got going with the separate bars. I would change it, however, to more organic shapes, shapes that blend better together, to match the swirling, drifting quality that the jellyfish naturally have.

  • It looks a little busy, but at the same time, I can't think of anything to change on it, since it looks fine on the on-shirt preview on the corner. Maybe some thicker lines on some areas? I don't know, it's a real brain-bender.

  • I agree with Phauxe, the "R" is somewhat confusing. Maybe a "V" for victim or a "P" for patient would do better. As far as I know, both those letters have serifs available for falling off, so I think they would be suitable replacements.

As for the other two, the D's hand holding the paper (or whatever it is it's holding, you may want to clarify that) could use some work, as could the N's gasp-position arm. Maybe having more of an actual arm, with an elbow jutting out to the side or something, to show that the arms are more than just noodles attached to the side of the letter.

Other than that, I think it's off to a very good start. The depth of the letters has been well executed, and I'm excited to see what you'll do once you colour it.

  • I thought this was pretty clever.

  • "But that is an oversized print - not a belt print. Still covers the whole front of the shirt like you wanted but not the back. And you can use 5 colors I believe. Might be 4. :S But I'd go back to version one and sort out the buildings and helicopters like everyone said and bring it back. :)"

See, I as confused on that. I didn't know about oversized printing, and someone told me about the registering on belt printing, so I was confused.

But if the original design would have worked with oversized printing, I am definitely going back to that.
