This is lovely, and I think it would be great on a shirt. I would wear it if it were on a more muted, mature blue. I think it would come across better if it were shown on a better-fitted shirt on a less ridiculous model. Beautiful work!

I agree that this is very nice, but the birds are a bit stark and the tree looks too heavy on a light blue background. I would like to see it on something that looks more like dusk... maybe a dusty violet or greyer blue.

Your drawings are lovely, very well-done. Ironic use of contemporary slang with Victorian-style illustration has recently been done to great effect in "Now That's Dope," but this design may be a good candidate to extend the form. I believe the trick will be to combine the charming and antiquated with the modern and crude. So something like "What up, madam?," or "Permit me the honor, beyotch," or "How do you do, dawg?"
