i think its odd, that axe would do way more damage, and theres no real sense of urgency or danger.

maybe the stem can come from off the collar, or up from the bottom, and the design doesnt have to be in the center.

each line could also make a little more sense. Like, nothing actually travels in our bodies from the aorta to the large intestine. have a line for each anatomical system maybe.

I feel like i'm going against popular opinion, but I think it would be cooler, if the back just had splatters of color with no outlines delineating the animals. We got the fear/anticipation from the front illustration. Otherwise, maybe cramped expressions, rather than more surprise.
