  • Exactly what I always wanted - a line of $20 shirts with stick figure drawings on them.

  • Throwing my hat into the ring with the rest clamoring for a color change. I'm fat and I don't look good in light colors. Navy blue = instant buy.

  • I don't even know why there is a monochrome version in the first place - the design is impossible to follow without color, and this is from a guy who normally favors shades of grey. Threadless, take a hint - the black/color version always sells out quickly (too quickly for me to get one, natch); the monochrome version has apparently been in stock since a February reprint.

  • 3D cross-section of a piggybank, as others have suggested, would make it a lot more obvious for random passers-by (what is it with people submitting designs that require ten minutes of ponderous consideration to get? It's a shirt, for chrissake - it's only going to be observable for a few moments for most people).

I also think it'd look way better if you ditched the suit-and-computer and gave him one of those old crank calculators with the 15-foot receipt and a little visor and some bifocals. It's not that obvious (except in context) that he's a banker/accountant - could be some guy playing World of Warcraft after work for all that goes.

5 for the concept, the execution just needs a little work for that $.

  • I know that the simplistic drawing style projects the "kiddie-ness" more effectively, but I really just can't stand submissions that look like they were done with Paint. It's cute, just not unique or memorable at all.

I'm a little afraid vis-a-vis the kid on the right, too - is that supposed to be a sword, or are they filming a porno?
