I like this, but I wouldn't wear a design with a swastika in it (please see the upper edge about 33% over from the left side). Perhaps this was just a coincidence. Otherwise, it's a home run!

Any time I am compared to Electric Company. It's a good day! Sweetness! Annnnd, the "toofers" thing is just a child-like slang name for teeth.
Since it seems to be a source of confusion, "toofers" are teeth. The shirt was meant to be quite random and I just was laughing at the idea of that bad advice. The translation would be in essence (and not as colloquially) :: "Brush those teeth Earl before we get a tornado."
Yes, I know this is goofy.
The hands are the proverial bomb. I love the style here!
