I've seen plenty of silo'd bird images like this and plenty of splatters before (Illustrator conventiently has "splatter" as a brush stroke now, too)....
BUT THAT WAS NOT STOLEN FROM THE PARIS TEXAS DESIGN.
The accusation that this is a "ripoff" of the Paris Texas CD is a very nasty and totally off-base charge. In fact, the guy who designed the Paris Texas CD looks like he's recycling popular culture just as much as this designer. In other words, if this guy "ripped off" the Paris Texas CD, then the Paris Texas CD "ripped off" everyone else. That Paris Texas CD looks like shit I was doing in college that influenced my friends who went on to the Attik and Associates In Science. So, I guess the Paris Texas CD ripped me off.

Actually, the design was more of a tan originally. Maybe it is a bit too red at the moment...
I like it as a big, full chest design. Kind of an alternative to all those eagle / crest designs out there. And I had to create the color blue since Threadless didn't offer it on their template, so obviously I like these colors best, too. No sir, wouldn't change a thing!
Dude, it's backwards. That means it's pro-Satan. Don't you fuckin' guys know anything?
