yeah, something that makes it a really soft design that's easy on the eyes. i see where you're going with the simplicity of it, but it needs a little more to bring it out of the shirt and make it interesting to look at.
i guess what i'm saying with the flow-y is incorporate more space into the design, rather than keeping it in one particular area.
also: the extra little boat design might be something cute for a back-of-the-shirt design?

I think this is a really cool looking shirt. I agree with the post above and you might want to add some actual symbolism into the designs to make it a bit more artistically interesting.

Ok...lemme see: the colors of the rainbow behind the boat make the boat pop more against the color of the shirt. If you went more in that direction with the design instead of keeping with the simple lines, the whole feel of the shirt would be more asthetic. Flow-y colors over simple lines, thus softening the simple lines you already have.
I do like the possition of the boat in the very first version, with the water and everything.
