Interesting drawing but the dick is incredibly distracting. And the entire figure should be larger on the shirt.

The flames look like they're made out of paper. And as was stated, the angles / perspective are off. I don't really like how the windshields and bumpers knock out but I guess you're limited with the color palette.

The type is incredibly hard to read. Maybe make the type solid, or some the thickness solid or something.
And I concur with lankytom about the unlicensed use of lyrics and such.

The concept is okay, but I think the trunk is too close / similar to his leg, for starters. It kind of looks like he's ready for a ski jump, too.
