I originally drew this as a gift for a friend, but I thought it might make a cool t shirt design.

inspired by 1950's B horror movies, and they movie posters for films such as the blob and night of the lepus.
Inspired by 1950's b horror movies like the blob and night of the lepus. I thought of something ridiculous to frighten the masses in kitschy good fun.
I would like the ink on the lasers coming out of the mantis's eyes to be uv ink to add a lil something extra.
Inspired by 1950's B horror movies and the incredulous monsters they came up with, I offer one of my own creation. A killer praying mantis that shoots laser beams out of his eyes while people run away in terror. If my design is selected I would like to have the laser beams and explosion printed in uv ink so there would be an added interactive element to the design. The aesthetic of the block color prints is on purpose and reminiscent of the way these great old movie posters were made.
