I couldn't adapt it to templates, but that's almost how it should appears...
Pretty cool. If you have some letter version of photoshop that can't open the layers, try using gimp to separate the folders, and then copy everything back in.
I really like how it fills the whole shirt.

I like where this is going. Here's an idea. From so far away it's hard to tell, but this looks like more of a rastered image than a vector. If you were to take this bad boy and (assuming you have illustrator) and knock it down to maybe 6 or 7 colors, get some good path fitting, etc. You could have yourself a pretty sleek design.
yeah, in fact i'm trying to use inkscape and vectorize images..but it's pretty difficult to me..i'm just a beginner :)
