HOW DO YOU WAKE UP WITH ENERGY?! FRICK!
Eat better, exercise, all kinds of physiological stuff. A lot of it is just about keeping a good sleep schedule.

@Chipmunk: I actually get PERFECT amounts of sleep, now. I did this thing:
1.where you sleep without an alarm, and go to bed early to make sure you don't oversleep,
2.then you record each day how many hours you slept for like a week,
Then you average it out...
NOW YOU CAN SLEEP WITHOUT AN ALARM, just go to bed according to how many hours you sleep! It feels good, but it doesn't always give energy.
I found that RIGHT WHEN YOU WAKE UP, you drink a room-temp glass of water... (Microwave helps), and you're awake, pretty freakin' fast. Helps a lot.
@Demented: Yeah, I should so some cardio in the morning... Gotta uncover my hiding 6-pack... lol!
