dunno why but i feel after the design was finished.. u placed a green filter over d whole thing..
or could be my eyes
What is the status of the Predicament tree? The author of the textbook it is from called the designer a thief on the sub comments, so I doubt he's keen to grant permission to use it on yet another Threadless sub. Apparently, the image was flipped for Predicament, which means this wasn't. Still you'd think Threadless staff would recognise it and decline it if it wasn't OK. So maybe it is, or maybe they just purchase a licence when they print it and if they can't get permission, they don't print it.
haha no I didnt use any filters just colored it different shades of green.
Sorry, but too much eco-friendly designs...
^It's supposed to be eco-friendly for the Green Contest.
I like it!
i'd totally buy it.
love the design but would be better without the lettering
Wrong color tee for the comp - greeen isn't one of the options.
yeah I noticed that after I posted it oh well it'll just get printed on w/e if by sme long shot it wins ha
Try to take off the letters or put verticality, or used another typo.
I know for a fact that that tree is taken right from a google image search for tree silhouettes... not very original.
yeah taken from and edited a bit
nothings original anymore
You can't justify stealing an image by saying "nothings original anymore."
Check out this design which uses exactly the same tree. This is one of the most famous designs on Threadless as it has the dubious honour of being the highest-scoring design ever.

You need to make sure your clip-art is public domain, available for purchase or just create your own.
you're a smart kid, kid
i just send an Email to threadless asking them to remove this
I wasn't aware of the tree's history.
