My work

Hey everyone.
I'm just working on my first posts and wondering if anyone can help me out in telling me the best ways to transfer drawings onto the computer in eligible format.
If anyone with experience could help me out here I would appreciate it.

kk... whats a good program on your computer for converting to the right format?

thedarrien

Adobe Photoshop?
What exactly are you looking to do?

Noah24

to convert it on to a threadless template

thedarrien

you don't really convert it...I am assuming you have hand drawn your design?
How much experience have you had with graphic design--Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc?

yeah best bet is to work with some vectors on adobe illustrator, unless you scan in your finalized image at a high resolution onto photoshop, and add color on there.

Noah24

yes i have hand drawn..... and have a bit of experience with photoshop

so do the hard lines by hand and the colour on the computer..... sounds good...
then ill just place it on top of a template?

thedarrien

yep, you can just download the template and place your design into it. Just make sure you keep your original design at 300 dpi--your submission doesn't have to be that high though.
advice: put your design onto a model and make sure you have some closeups.
