We have smarties here, but they're not the same as in canada. Canadian smarties are like M&M's right? Candy-coated chocolate?
ive had smarties and ketchup chips here in the US
Yep, MooseDinner... What you guys call "Smarties" we call "Rockets."
I didn't know those ones, Julie!
we have dees
rockets makes more sense
Brithish/Canadian Smarties are the superior species.
I've never had them, but yes I'm sure the Canadian smarties are better.
US smarties are CDN rockets
CDN snarties are US rockets.
Not 100% on the 2nd.. but I'm pretty damn sure? You guys have chocolate covered M&M ish called candies called Rockets there?
We didn't have Fanta for the longest time... but US fanta tastes like shit. I had Korean fanta and it tastes so much better... wth is up with that?
i like your bacon
Never heard of the Rockets type M&M deals.
Have seen Mars bars and Oh Henry bars here.
Maple syrup burgers?
I think we had ketchup chips at one point or another.
lol @ beaver sausage
Oh, and we have kinder eggs here, but they were trying to get them banned because stupid kids were swallowing the toys inside
Oh! When I was in Montreal, my dad showed me some awesome Caramel. Grenache. I wish we had it here.
I'm looking more for... foods that are mailable.
Like packaged food that won't go bad if it's in a box for three weeks.
Oh.... like freeze-dried beaver sausage....
we have oh henry and coffee crisp bars,
infact i just ate a coffee crisp the other day.
Check out the "Imported Biscuits" section of Superstore, in the cookie aisle. There you can find Tim Tams and stroopwaffles and all kinds of junk that is hard to find in the US.
Also, you could send some moose jerky or pemmican or something like that.
and my grocery store has smarties, the fake m&ms, in the bulk food section...
Macintosh Toffee....which is awesome.
Maynard's Wine Gums.
and (apparently?) Nibs.
we have nibs too,
but you do sell codeine over-the-counter...
What about Dill Pickle chips? I heard that those are scarce in the US. Or Miss Vickies chips.
What about Eat More or Glossettes?
i bet you guys dun have beavertails
wonders what we have that canada doesn't
I'm pretty sure nobody sells codeine over the counter any more, not since all the crystal meth explosion.
i can get miss vickies if i'm in a border town, but no where else oddly...
Ohh....howabout that purple gum that tastes like soap? I can't remember the name.
yeah that whole meth thing saw all our cold meds and anything with ephedra locked up, behind the counter and sold with the limit of a months supply. back in the day we'd cross the border and go to safeway and get codeine, violet crumbles and choco milk in glass bottles on the way back from the cannabis cafe...
Salt and Vinegar chips?
i can't find Dr. McGillicuddy's Fireball Whisky anywhere here...
mm i like salt and vinegar chips
Salt and Vinegar chips?
we've had those for awhile now...
do they still make the wayne gretzky cereal?
Mmm, I love Fireball.
i love the canadain skippy peanut butter with the single nut on top,
sure we have skippy here in the states, but it's just not the same thing!
we don't have plates in America.
I always get Aero chocolate bars from this British store we have down here. They're amazing.
America has cheese-covered cheese... so there!
You have those?!
Other Americans have told me otherwise.
Does Canada have
