Eat Your Veggies
Well its obvious that we are all rolling into a huge health craze... and of all the trends to come about in my time so far this is by far the best one. Yet as many trends go, many still lack the proper motivation or information to follow them the way they should, this will hopefully help you out there. Always remember, atleast 3 to 5 servings a day of your vegetables, the more you take the better off you are. Eat healthy and exercise.
