Wait...whaaaaaaaat? I'm gonna go ahead and be unoriginal here when I say...
even if it made sense, the design really doesn't have any lasting power
blah, ick, try again
is this about my penis?
Hahaha, this is stupid! What drugs are you on? My brain keeps trying to make this rhyme so it will make some kind of sense, but it just doesn't.
"Now I ain't sayin' she's a holedigger, but she aint messin with no oak"
It really does say that right?
[insert sound of neurons spontaneously combusting]
The problem is that I actually kind of like the design, but the text is... well... slightly off-putting.
1. Same general concept with an intelligible message, 4.
Also, if she were a "holedigger", wouldn't she BE messing with an oak?
Can we get an artist's statement on this please?
It made me laugh, so it gets a 2 instead of a 0
w t f . . . . . ?
WHAT THE FUCK?
Uh..... this is the most stupidest thing ever! WTf does it mean. It doesn't even follow the song. 0!
OH MY GOD.
This made me laugh way too much.
Def. my favorite sub EVER.
I can't believe other people hate it.
I just thought it was a stupid joke until the last word which seemed really abrupt and just made me wtf.
Great design, amazingly awful words.
it's because he didn't want to say "oak nigga"
so shoulda been like
"she ain't messin with no oak, oak"
It's a spoof of " I ain't sayin' she's a golddigger, but she ain't messin' with no broke niggas."
Yeah, it needs to be "oak, oak" if he wants it to follow the song without having to find another "igger" at the end... radio edit and all.
Thinly veiled commentary about a woman's alternative lifestyle?
i can't believe that so many commenters didn't get the reference.
i don't think it really translates well visually, but it made me smile.
"he gon' make a shiny benz out of that datsun..."
i think we got the reference, but still...
so sounds like the text source is a bit esoteric... design-wise i'm still not feeling it.
haha! that's awesome... I get it, but it seems that not everyone will get the refrence. as a design, I think it rocks, I love those swirly things on the top and bottom and how they're slightly askewed. $5
I would buy it if it said "Oak, Oak"
i get the reference but ... nah. I love that song to much to rate this anything above a 2. Sorry.
too* sorry. I'm obsessed with grammar!
I thought this was funny and odd. And whatever happened to constructive criticism? And so it goes, but although it's not my favorite, I dig the reference.
... pun intended (...sadly)
I'll just post one question...
why is NOW and OAK so huge?
I love it! It makes no sense but thats what makes it great!
this took balls...
Damn, you made a Golddigger reference. I was going to do shirt with cute fries on it with happy little mouths and googley eyes saying "We want ketchup, we want ketchup!"
Guess it's back to the drawing board!
i dont understand why everyone is like, "it be right if it was 'oak, oak'." That's STILL not syllabically correct. If you're going to do the whole, 'repeating the last word" thing, itd have to be oooooak oak-oak. i guess i agree with, "wtf." (2)
"It's a spoof of " I ain't sayin' she's a golddigger, but she ain't messin' with no broke niggas.""
gee... ya think? I am so glad that we have geniuses like you in society...
^I don't listen to rap, so I didn't know what the shirt was trying to say. At least someone was nice enough to explain it.
hahaha- wait what?
that's kind of funny. i can't say it makes too much sense or wit though.
The font doesn't fit the msg, the tree is too generic, there are no holes, the scroll work is completely copy/paste, and the song is far too in the mainstream for a low level pun that doesn't even follow through...
I got the reference, I'm just trying to decide why it was DONE... seriously...
erm...shouldnt it at least rhyme better with the song?
and my brother thinks you killed a good song, sorry.
I agree with dave, the lack of the 2nd word totally throws it off
Arrrg! Its a reference to a rap song! I'm angry because I don't understand! Danger! Danger!
...ahem.. it made me laugh, but I wouldnt wear it.
