Need Critique for Mickey design I am working on, Cloud Friends

Also, right now all these lines are just from a drawing I did and then scanned, is that okay? Is there something else that should be dine with them?

Everything looks great except for your Mickey character or whatever that thing is in the blimp. You should hand draw him to keep with the whole hand drawn feel of the piece. Other than that the work is beautiful.

This might not be helpful feedback, but i want to say that I really like this and I hope it wins!

The bg color should be the same creamy color of the clouds!
