Something that's always struck me about Polar Bear documentaries is how incredibly lonesome these creatures are. As our ice caps melt their lonely lives are bound to get lonelier.

penguins and polar bears don't live together.

I was going to say the same thing as DrVSP. Penguins only live in the Southern Hemisphere, polar bears only live in the Northern Hemisphere.

Thanks for the info guys. If it's not printed at least I've learnt something new. :) I can't believe you don't have penquins in the north. My Ozzie perspective was always that if its cold and there's water, there's penquins.
