Last night, I made your cupcake recipe!
The batter was delicious, and I love the fact that you can eat it without even thinking about salmonella. The cupcakes turned out really well, better than I had expected.
I iced them today (buttercream).. the first time I'd tried making that, so I was really happy that it turned out okay.
