About this Design

A sports trading card design featuring a hockey player with a rat's head and a golden crown. The player is in motion, wearing a black jersey with the number 6 and a team logo resembling a buffalo with a sword. The card has a blue and gold border with the word 'SABRES' prominently displayed below. The player's position is labeled as 'Left Wing/Rat King'.

Small in stature. Big on attitude. Zach Benson may not be the biggest player on the ice, but he's never been afraid to mix it up with players twice his size. Benson has built a reputation for getting under the skin of bigger opponents, battling in the corners, stirring things up, and refusing to back down. That relentless, fearless style has earned him the perfect nickname: The Rat King. This Lower Deck Cards design celebrates Benson's scrappy personality and his ability to make much bigger players absolutely miserable. Because sometimes the most annoying player on the ice isn't the biggest one — he's the one who just won't go away. Long live the Rat King.
