About this Design

A cartoonish, anthropomorphic red panic button stands, looking worried, with sweat droplets around its face. The button holds a sign saying 'PLEASE DON'T' and is wearing white gloves and sneakers. Above, bold letters read 'THE PANIC BUTTON' in a retro comic style. The illustration is vibrant and playful, parodying the concept of a panic button by giving it character and emotion.

This design was submitted to the Bad Mascots Design Challenge, a celebration of the unhinged, wildly relatable, and gloriously flawed characters that flip traditional brand mascots on their head.

@kimprut

A retro-style panic button mascot that’s more terrified than helpful. Sweaty, shaky, and begging “Please Don’t,” this chaotic little character proves even emergency buttons can have anxiety.
