About this Design
The image is a four-panel comic where a person with an outstretched hand above water looks to be drowning. In the second panel, a hand reaches towards them, seemingly to help. In the third panel, however, instead of saving them, the hand approaching does a high-five, leaving the drowning person sinking in the final panel represented by their hand barely above water and air bubbles around.
