Will You Miss Me...
hahaha. this is so eccentric, i love it. although something's bugging me about the thought bubbles, but i can't pin it down. 4 anyway.
Oooo stunning. Are you the secret love child of M.C. Escher and Salvador Dali?
this is weird
but i love it
This is so cool and original $5
I don't suppose you're a screen printer or know one? Because this and Sink Yourself and maybe a third surreal character would make a wicked serigraph set for my walls.
the leg-arms are hardly noticeable which is awesome, this and your last design are great but they seem to be missing something. 4, if I can't explain to myself why I would wear this, it would be hard to tell someone else.
awesome! you got mad skills!
Thanks everyone for the comments!
Maija: I work at a screen printing shop but we only do t-shirts and other garments. I've never messed with printing on anything to hang on a wall. Something to look in to though!
The speech bubbles look too clean-cut for a crazy ass image like this. Ha, I love how his arm turn into his leg.
awesome!... really love it.
sweet, another great piece by you. So bizarre, yet so delicious. $5.
Yeah, I looked up Yellow Submarine after Toop6 said something. The similarity is coincidental.
you are a genius
yeah teh sur-reality of this is fantastic I hope this one does well
Looks so amazing! I think it would look even
more amazing without the speech balloons.
weird yet wonderful
Magritte and a touch of Dali? Beautifully drawn, cool idea.
great idea, solid colors and made me look twice. 5
Strange, but effective! Since the thought bubbles are in the background, I think they should not have that brown outline. Getting rid of that will soften them up some and I think will work better visually. 4
Mezo: I did mess with the outline a bit while I was working on it. I felt that they were too soft without an outline so I did a dotted line around them. It is more visible in the larger version.
Sorry, I don't know how to make a clickable link.
kick ass love the oddness
i adore this. i also don't like the speech bubbles so much. maybe change the size of the music notes or get rid of the staff lines? or make the notes less straight? that's a very small problem and i would definitely still buy this (if it didn't sell out immediately).
A bit of a 60s-70s throwback. Anyone remember the animated Beatles movie, "The Yellow Submarine"? Surely you guys aren't all that young.
this is kinda cool. but it reeeally creeps me out.
I admire your originality. Bizzare is good! :)
Thanks for the comments everyone.
weird. but good!
Are you demanding or suggesting?
sarahps: That is a very good interpretation. Close to my original meaning. I like to make stauff that can be interpreted differently by each viewer so that it is something that can be discussed and bring up conversation.
Thanks for the comments everyone!
Clever idea and illustration. I love the "birdcage" body/soul and his shoes.
It's ok, you're not the first to say creepy, disturbing, strange. I even got a "terrifying". I take it as a compliment.
Yeah, people keep saying 'creep' or 'scary' like it's a bad thing... I think it's a GOOD thing and I love it!!!
great imagination! 5
Thanks everyone! This seems to be my most popular design so far. I'm guessing the score will be between 1.9-2.2 though.
i really like this. would possibly buy it. so much better than alot of the crap on threadless nowadays..
great execution - original concept - 5$ for you
This is really creative. I like.
I apologize on behalf of the voters on such a low score, you deserve so much better
awesome design! should have done better then 2.14!
This would make a wicked screen print, Threadless, HINT HINT.
Ha, yeah, HINT HINT.
