This one is based on the method of giving criticism that involves sandwiching negative criticism in between positive comments.

For example:
You're really good at organising but you need to work on not annoying the hell out of everyone. Nice tie though.

I like the tourette's nature of the sandwich. I'dve put something more colorful like "your mother's a whore". You have a great smile. (Did I do the format right?)

This would be perfect for my office, and while I
don't like the style of the text, I do find the drawing
of the sandwich quite nice. ; )

You look like Snoopy and it makes me smile.

Where you need improvement, you have smelly dog farts.

You really dazzled that rep. from the cincinati office last week.

yeah, i thought i heard this on family guy. but this is so much better than family guy as it has nothing to do with Ferris Bueller.

get rid of the / in the design, they are implied when read top to bottom, it actually kinda looks like negativel. great otherwise though 5

Nice to see you poking fun at corporate culture
but I'm not sure about the handwritten text.
Overall though the design has merit and I'd like to see it developed.

Maybe leave the sandwich/speech bubble part and write the explaination underneath as a 'Figure 1' type thing? It feels a bit too chaotic otherwise.
