hahah! funny. :P
Great idea. The scoop looks funny, though.
Hehehe Napolian is so femme. I' love it. $5
heehee...I'm actually in the process of building a phone booth prop for a Bill and Ted skit- what a humorously unlikely coincidence!
when I was little I though this ice cream was pronounced "Napolean"
I think this idea is great
People from Naples, Italy are called Neopolitans. So guess where the ice cream (it started off as gelato) came from...
Well, the history doesn't matter...this is just a great, well done design. Nice job, Kev! I love it and I think this is the first design in at least a month I'd put down a $ for. I think you should rename it Neopolitan Ziggy Piggy, tho. Too fricking funny!
Nice job again!!
OH MY GOD THIS SHIRT IS GIVING ME AND ORGASM PRINT IT NOW!!!!
Great concept and I like how d3d's blog help
spark this design into reality.
Little tweaks that would make this perfect
for me :
The scoop resembles a melon ball scoop
more than an ice cream scoop. Fix the scoop.
The overall design seems too heavy on the
left side (from the viewer's perspective ).
Move the design to the right just a bit.
I gave this a four on Friday, but I've thought of it at least twice since then, so I had to come back and change it to a 5.
But what is that yellow and pink stuff on his tunic?
regarding the uneven-ness of the design (i.e. left-heavy), it could be balanced out a bit more if the flat was less slanty ... bring the right side forward a bit more so that the flag looks more flat on the tee.
i love the fact that his lips are pink. funny.
One last comment -- other placement options:
1. Move Napoleon closer towards the center of the flag.
2. Or move him all the way to the right. The flag pole still on the left will help balance the overall image. And the fact that he's facing left, towards the rest of the image, should help also.
With him standing and facing left, it's like he's looking away from the rest of the image, which feels weird and throws it off balance.
Still love it, though. I would totally buy with some slightly placement changes. Nice!
