I've got a lot of Asian Friends

When I found out about this Onion-Threadless contest, last week's article "Asian Guy Has Separate Group of Just Asian Friends" really jumped out at me. I wanted to illustrate that headline in a way that would appeal to Threadless, the Onion, and myself -a nostalgia loving 20-something - granted, those are all probably the same demographic. I also wanted to avoid being crazy offensive. Now I'm just digging the idea of all these Japanese cultural icons 'having this guy's back' so to speak. This is how I felt in middle school.
