yeah I think that this would work on most any color .. you can always see how much fun you have in your work corey really nice stuff
Nice and fun, and actually makes a lick of sense this time without thinking about your sub in that David Lynchian way of making sense. What im trying to say is, i really dig this in blue and i might wanna land some cash on this shirt's runway when it gets printed. nice work!
OH IF ONLY it said "Whiskey Tango Foxtrot" as that is my favorite way of saying wtf.
ha, love the head runway, funny character.
thanks for all the nice words everyone!
'Whiskey Tango Foxtrot' would have been the way forward! Nice illustration Corey!
ooooh, i like the orange
came back to say "Hey"
this does makes me smile
I like how the nonsense has a nonsensical background story. Great style on all your subs
:) thanks everyone!
still going! thanks all!
nice! luv your retro style!
charity - do you find it hard to rate submissions with your head so far up your ass?
corey's subs have a consistently refreshing style combined with unique concepts. while he may not have the mass appeal of Moss, Glennz or hogboy, you can't deny that corey's work is instantly recognizable and constantly criss-crosses the line between hilarious and peculiar.
in summation, charity, i suggest that you (and the rest of the blind-leading-the-blind votard majority) step outside of your comfort zone for two fucking minutes and evaluate submissions on their originality and style. if you did that, you'd see that corey is a top-notch designer.
thanks lunch :)
and thanks to everyone else too for all the kind words! still going!
thanks for all the nice words all! we'll get em next time! :)
