Everything turns to dust.
The fragile nature of who we are, what we are and the life we live.
The photograph (DSC04829), taken in my backyard, is of a dead hummingbird in the palm of my hand. These little territorial birds frequent the feeder we have hanging outside our bedroom window and I found this deceased hummingbird one beautiful morning.
It's all right there: My hand, life, my wedding ring, love, the hummingbird, death.
This is beautifully done :)

Because it'll get dropped soon?
ha, oh well.
Beautiful photo, I wish you'd find a way to avoid the boxy frame. Uncut hand on black tee?
