Age of the Giants
An homage to my favourite children's book artist, the great Maurice Sendak. "Where The Wild Things Are" had a big impact on me as a child and continues to influence my work.

this will print on monday, august 22, 2011. $5
I don't mind that it's boxy. Anything that references Wild Things (effectively) is awesome to me.
Great work, sir.
LOVE the atmosphere of this!! 5$
Thanks for all the wonderful comments! :)
very well done.
Love this! $5
Ahhhh, so wonderful!!! 5$
Yeah this would really profit from being on a green shirt, merging the background with the teecolor.... Wonderful, still
print it! $5
Amazing sendup to Where the Wild Things Are. I'd love to see this print. Also, I agree with queenmob: the colors might gel together better on a green colored tee. Still a whopping 5$, sir.
Dude, why not on a dark green shirt?!?!? We gotta get you silhouette/border lessons to go with your jaw-droppingly amazing illustrations and ideas :) Love this so hard.
Wonderful illustration! I'd mention the border but everyone else already did - it's not a big deal though. 5!
Thanks so much everyone!
Evan - ha ha, dude, you're right I could use some lessons on that. :) I'll try to work on another t-shirt mock today.
Love, love, love it!
Just wonderful! He looks a little shy and in need of a hug.
Yeah! Where the Wild Things Are! Great Tee!
Amazing illustration, I love it but would prefer it on green Tee. 5!

Amazing work Terry! $5
Thanks so much people!
Sorry for the previous link, forgot to put the setting on "public". Okay, so here goes again: the design on a green tee
GREAT !!!! 5
Great job! Go for a print!
I would love this Terry, it the monster was more your own than a WTWTA reference.
Thank you everyone!
Blair - fair enough, thanks for the feedback. Actually I have a WIP populated with my own monsters so hopefully you'll dig that one. :)
Wow very detailed work!
