This a technically fantastic design, though I prefer the other color option (the mascara brush shows up much better in the other color. Gets a little lost in this one). However, despite its aesthetic appeal, do we really want women to be symbolized only by makeup?
Women have had to fight so hard for recognition in the music industry and elsewhere, and music has become an amazing way for women to speak up and speak out against discrimination. Should we really boil it down to a cliche again?
While this design is great, I feel like its the easy rout. Not to say that you didn't put a great deal of work into it, because it certainly shows, but I feel that with a little more thought and time you could come up with less generic and cliche symbols for femininity.
Otherwise, well done.
Last hours! Thanks everybody! :)
