This was a concept i sketched out then quickly colored while sitting at a local coffee house and listening to Pete Seeger. I was going for a classic looking War Poster feel hopefully I came close.

great interpitation of a wonderful song!
I love the addition of the helmet nearly covered in sand, as if so many have already pushed forth and gone onto their deaths and are covered up by the endless quicksand of battle. nice stuff here.

the words were written in a song long ago, this is commentary on all war, not just the current feuds... its folk music
