Crime and Punishment
large version can be seen at; http://www.flickr.com/photos/danrule/2360616637/sizes/o/
i like the style and art. it looks more like money and punishment though.
the design looks great on the t
looks "hot" on orange, very cool.
Love the rendering and especially the hands! On silver or charcoal. 5ved & buyed.
wow... that's great...
reminds me of robert crumb. love it!
Just came back to this because I'd love to see the "arm" done in a plaid long sleeve with cuffs in your kindass drawing style. just throwing that out there.
I like the simple use of colour.
maybe i'm lame but i'd personally prefer this as a one color black on white tee design.
I don't like the ampersand treatment. Much rather see it in the same hand drawn style as the... uh, hands.
yeah franx is lame. i love it on orange!
Wow....what a kick-ass R Crumb-ish literary reference here!
I don't know why I loves this so much. It's very cool. $5

thanx franx and others.
I prefer it on white too, but I know many hate it.
on white would be good. i still love this though
the detail work is superb! even the little ridges on each
chain link has me excited about the effort you put into this
It's hard to make that one hand appear to be committing
a crime (I've seen a similar design try this concept and it
ran into the same problem) by having it simply holding
a bag of money without messing up the balance of the
design by adding something to spell it out more. I hope
that made sense.
I'm craving to see an open safe with a crowbar nearby,
or broken cash register, or something similar, but I don't
know where it would go on the shirt without messing it up.
maybe on the back?
Thanks helo, I feel what you're saying and I did have it with a gun;
but felt it was too violent for here.
Also appreciate how you take time to respond intelligently to submissions here.
I so wish this was the kinda place you coulda kept the gun but nevermind. A great piece of art nonetheless.
rad $5 looks great on orange
the gun is the way to go, but your decision to change it
was the smart move for the audience here
i will most certainly buy this...
[even if it is on orange]
i don't i'd have known what this was w/o the title.
Maybe I'll make a brass knuckle version?
very creative =]
