To me it symbolizes reaching up to the Heavens with all those questions about life. But the hand being green made me think of the Hulk. So I think the only thing I would change is the color of the hand just so I don't think of Hulk when I first look at it. I don't think you meant for anyone to think of the Hulk. I like it otherwise.

Get rid of the line of smaller clouds and just have the design as a central 'coat of arms', I reckon. Very cool.

nice but i'd also like to see it on a different colour shirt, maybe a black also.. then i'd have a green one for daytime and a stealthy black for nighttime prowling. maybe make a shirt that changes colour
