I really like this design. I agree that the cape could use more definition, and I'd like to see bigger horns on the bull. rodeo bulls usually have big horns. just don't make them grotesquely large.

i love the design! I agree with Petanca. Im Colombian and in my country bullfighting is very popular. Im actually against them. Animals deserve respect. Try to make it bigger on the shirt

How about a spear or two in the man's back? I've never understood the fascination with bullfights, but this is an excellent design and makes the right comment.

As per previous comments, you put so much loving detail in the bull's clothing, the same attention would be nice in the cloth (or whatever you call that) he's waving. I'd totally rock this shirt, ace.
