i agree with petanca, it doesn't match unless you break it up some more. i do like it, though.

agree with petanca. the moon/planet above doesn't match with the rest of the illustration.
I also think the ground below should be bigger. maybe half the width of the shirt or more.

The rocket is phenomenal! I adore the hatching in it! I think the little dude's face in the window could be a different color- I almost didn't notice him. And the moon is weird; like it doesn't belong with the style of the rocket & trees. We already know he's shooting up towards the sky, so there's no need to pop a moon up there. Nice job otherwise!

I think i would like the rocket a lot more if the colors werent so...primary. other than that, lose the moon and great design

thanks for the comments everyone. now that i look at it, the moon doesn't quite fit stylewise. the rocket and ground were done by hand, the moon added in photoshop. in another draft i'd redo the moon by hand as well.
i don't think i'd like to take it out altogether, as i was going for "one of these days... straight to the moon."

when I first saw it, I thought the planet pictured was Earth...thus the rocket was was leaving from another planet returning to Earth, which I thought was kind of a cool concept like a kid (and/or his imagination) was coming back home. Otherwise I like it!

i REALLY like it. but i think i would LOVE it if the moon was more keeping with the style of the rest of the image. sketchy rough lines and such.
