I think the back leg needs to be bent/tense and his right shoulder should be forward more. The hands should be gripping harder, and it might make more sense if he's looking towards that leg - or at least tipped down a bit more. There's a lot of potential!

I agree with above ^ if he looked a little more tense it would be great, but I love this shirt, it is perfect for me! lol

Maybe tweak his left hand so it doesn't look like it's grabbing his package? Also, having text on the ball kind of takes away from the drawing. I might consider making the ball look like something else that's round... like maybe the world? I dunno, those are my suggestions... take them as you will.
