I had a fishing hook stuck in my finger and had to go to the hospital to get it out. Yeah, it hurt.

yeah! i get the heart/love idea! probably you can show it a little (a heart) n place it a little more to the left n bigger to see detail

No one seems to understand that the heart is in the center of the chest between the lungs.

maybe the hook could be pulling the heart out a bit and you could get the idea across with no text better. Just a suggestion.
