Unless you have situs inversus all your organs are on the wrong side. Liver should be on the right and stomach on the left. Also you don't have a heart between the lungs. Still I like the shirt.

the image is easily flipped :)

i didn't want the heart part of the design.
some people like it without, others think i should add it, but it's not part of the design concept.
