I get the "crazy weather" idea, but the scribblyness of the tornado/waterspout kind of bugs me since it distracts from the incredibly lovely linework and style in the rest of the design (especially the waves). Great details though, and the size and placement is excellent.

im lovin' it! but it would be amazingly sweet if the ocean wrapped around the back of the shirt...but no characters needed...just the waves so it doesnt look so abrupt looking on the side seams.

Mabe the tonado should be made fo larger blue lines instead of small black ones so the shirt flows better, might be easyer to print as well.
