i don't know, i like the design - it's cool and all, but these war shirts just don't do it for me...i don't know how many tanks i've seen here and everyone of them pretty much said the same thing ("no war")... i just feel maybe a different approach should be taken if you want to be different

No war shirts are silly. War is a fact of civilization, ugly as it is. If you don't go to it, it will eventually come to you. Your shirts and opinions aren't going to stop a bullet from entering your grey matter. Best be aware of the reality of the world and not a fantasy of how we all wish it would be.

You could have used a modern tank though, that one is a Cold War relic.

I like it.. like most of the designs on this site though... find some of you pretty damn harsh with your critisism.

Incidently, I did a similar T-shirt message some months ago type in "morality check"

some of you picky ones might prefer the (slightly) different approach in the text message

nice design, but i agree - unless you're gonna print them up yourself and sell them specifically as anti-war shirts, the opinion can be alienating. i'm with you on the anti-war tip, but try and be a bit more creative. use some humor/sarcasm/ or something instead.
though blunt, "NO WAR" doesn't really say much these days..

The white line means dirty.. becos war is dirty. so i related it to this kind of line/form. it's just an expression of feeling. hate..!!

Somebody needs to do a pro-"we're gonna kick your ass if you go freekin' murderous on our kids" shirt. After all, war isn't about hate, its about either defense of ideals (extreme love of culture) or projection of ideals (extreme love of culture). I don't think the Americans hated the British, they cherished their liberty, etc...

I'm not trying to flame you, the design is very nice, but it seems anti-war stuff is so hollow these days.

well, war is much more than extreme love, to tell the truth there is no love in war.... just people belonging to a society which there are more followers than leaders, and especially with media and everything behind it to get you chasing after their products and theyre ways of life... people fall into traps, just learn the true way of life. repect things around you, and dont expect respect. Fuck War- we only fight for the aristocrats money and business, we do not fight for the lower-middle class worker, in our minds we fight for our family, in reality, people are just getting suckered in making money for those rich folks you will never meet.

See, this is what happens when you make political statements w/ your designs... thats the beauty of graphic design, just to be able to communicate to others w/ similar or opposite feelings, no matter how provoking it is. Good job.
