Excellent design! the interior of the head is amazing. Shades for eyes, tubes for the nose, and I love how the trash can is the mouth. very well done, spencer fruhling

make bigger and lighter color shirt...it would "lighten" the mood...

my first thought was that's one ugly heart that lost a bet to a blender on puree. Center the design and make bigger, cause we all know bigger IS better, always, no matter what.

The current placement suggests that the pink object is a heart leaving a hole in the chest. I prefer the design centered on the chest.

To be clear: I didn't intend for this to be an anatomically-correct x-ray shirt, magically revealing the actual placement of the wearer's internal organs. Sorry for the confusion. Next time I won't put a picture of a brain "in the heart's spot" (the upper left side of the shirt).

Seriously though, I have no problem with centering the design.
