It would seem that a wearer of this design is communicating that they would like to have their hands on breasts or that they want others to have their hands on their breasts.

Since the other hands emminate from the figure's head, the one across the chest could be the protective hand of our self-censoring society. Use a little more imagination when being judgemental. i hope people are not offended by my cleavage. they are breasts. half of us have them. this was a figure drawing, but i've covered the nipples because i know how shocked people get by them. in a strange way, the drawing as a whole is more natural with them. |

actually, the hands as antlers was the idea. i get that people dislike my breast hand. it is connotatively confusing. try to think of it as a weird hand/antler/pinnup. :P
